Keubibit exists as an adhesive for modern culture and traditional culture side by side to present to the world.

Keubtibit Ethnic Music is a music group that based on the spirit and nuance of the coastal music of Sumatra originating from Aceh, tried to explore further about the tradition of Aceh music, which is packaged in a modern and contemporary form. Keubitbit's works contains a lot social, culture and problems from various aspects, the uniqueness of keubitbit itself is the percussion and blowing from seurune kalee, also the melody has the color of middle eastern music, then complemented by unique rhythm from rapa'i. Special touch of the fast singing technique using rhythmic music that makes Keubitbit music has a strong character.

Rapa'i (Aceh's instrument) and Serune Kalee (Aceh's flute) are the musical instruments that being used to strengthen the character of Keubitbit's songs, combined with the modern instruments will produce a perfect harmony.

Keubitbit Hailed from Jakarta, and was formed early of June 2014. The name of keubitbit itself also taken from aceh's language that means "Heartily".

Currently Keubitbit already released three albums in 2017, 2021, 2023 and three singles in 2018 & 2019. One of the single that is called "Pemulia Jamee" was the results of a collaboration between the urban dance from Aceh that known as "Ratoeh Jaroe". In 2020, Keubitbit won the Ami Awards as the best world music production work through a song called "Saban Sabee"

Safrullah ‘Aloel,’ hailing from Banda Aceh, is renowned for his expertise in contemporary music. His musical journey began in 2011 when he started studying at the Farabi Dharmawangsa Music Institute, founded by Dwiki Dharmawan. 

From a young age, Aloel immersed himself in traditional Acehnese music and the musical masterpieces of his parents. He also gained valuable insights from traditional musicians and music educators.

In 2014, he founded Keubitbit, an ethnic music group from Indonesia, marking the start of a significant cultural endeavor.

Aloel plays a vital role in Keubitbit as a music arranger, producer, creator, and concept drafter for numerous cultural events in Indonesia.

His musical career blossomed under the mentorship of Adi Dharmawan, with a focus on electric bass and music composition for various genres, including orchestral and commercial music.

Currently, Aloel is involved in several projects as a music producer, including work for KanDe, traditional and colossal dances, TV commercials, and corporate jingles.

Indra Fahmi Hakim, originally from Lebak, Banten, Indonesia, began playing drums at the age of 11.

In 2010, he moved to Jakarta to pursue formal music education at the Farabi Dharmawangsa Music Institute, owned by Dwiki Dharmawan.

Together with Aloel, Indra co-founded Keubitbit in 2014, an ethnic music group with roots in Acehnese culture.

Besides his work with Keubitbit, Indra is also a member of Shakytown, a Jakarta-based music group.

Additionally, he has become a sought-after session player for various popular musicians and singers.

Raden Trio Ananda Bagus Prakoso

Born in Jakarta on July 26, 1996, Raden Trio Ananda Bagus Prakoso embarked on his musical journey during college. He studied at the Jakarta Institute of Arts in 2014 and graduated in 2018. 

In 2015, Raden joined Keubitbit, coinciding with the group's successful audition for the Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival.

His tenure with Keubitbit has included performances at numerous international music events, which have motivated him to pursue a career as a professional musician.

Trinanda Imawan Wibisono

Trinanda Imawan Wibisono

Trinanda Imawan Wibisono, known as Wibi, has had a passion for playing the piano since he was five years old.

He initially studied classical music before expanding his repertoire to include pop and jazz.

Wibi is now a session player for various artists in Indonesia and occasionally produces music.

His journey with Keubitbit began in 2021, and he officially became a member in 2023.

Teuku Hariansyah ‘Apoen,’ an Acehnese native, has been passionate about traditional music since childhood.

In 2011, he moved to Jakarta and has since served as a coach for the Ratoeh Jaroe, an urban dance, which is an evolution of several traditional seated dances from Aceh.

Apoen's goal is to elevate Acehnese culture on the global stage through music and the rhythms of the Rapai, performing at international festivals.

He joined Keubitbit in 2014, during which the lineup evolved to include the Rapai, solidifying the group's identity and leading to the official formation of Keubitbit.

Fahmil Arabi

Fahmil Arabi, a soloist from South Aceh born in 2001, began his singing career in 2008.

His exposure to rock and ethnic music spurred his interest in learning more about music.

Mentored by Rafly KanDe and Safrullah, Fahmil honed his musical skills.

Fahmil's debut as a soloist was in 2019, with performances at numerous music festivals in Aceh.

He started his journey with Keubitbit as an additional vocalist in late 2020 and officially joined as the lead vocalist in 2023, performing at various national and international events since then.
